We currently do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders. Please review your size, colour, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us at queries@neetikachopra.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the case and work toward a resolution.

Cancellations

International orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Email us at queries@neetikachopra.com and we will confirm cancellation status. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Measurements mentioned are in inches. All garments have a 3/4th inch margin on each side. If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a relaxed fit.
