Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country. These are not included in our product price or shipping fee and are solely the customer's responsibility.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs. If an order is held, refused, or returned due to unpaid duties, we will not be able to refund the original shipping charges.

No Returns or Exchanges on International Orders

Please review all product details, size charts, and fabric descriptions carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. The only exception is if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, in which case, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.

Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Re-dispatch, if possible, will incur additional shipping charges.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered, but it has not been received, email us within 48 hours at queries@neetikachopra.com. We will investigate with our courier partner.
